Red Wings Performance Center Hitting Leagues: Dates & Details

The first season of Hitting Leagues at the Red Wings Performance Center is almost here, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome teams and players inside Rochester’s newest pro-level training space. Powered by HitTrax, these leagues combine competition with development, giving athletes the chance to train, measure, and compete like never before.

Here’s everything you need to know about when it’s happening and how to join:

Season One Dates

• Baseball Hitting League:

  • Starts Saturday, October 18, 2025

  • Runs five straight Saturdays - 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8, 11/15

  • Times Slots:

    • 8U–10U → 9:00 AM – 11:10 AM

    • 11U–12U → 11:20 AM – 1:30 PM

    • 13U–14U → 1:40 PM – 3:50 PM

    • 15U–18U → 4:00 PM – 6:10 PM

  • Championship on November 15

    
    

When you register, your team (or individual player) will be assigned to a specific time slot within your age group. These assignments will be communicated after registration closes.

• Softball Hitting League:

  • Starts Sunday, October 19, 2025

  • Runs five straight Sundays - 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16

    • Time Slots:

      • 8U–10U → 9:00 AM – 11:10 AM

      • 11U–12U → 11:20 AM – 1:30 PM

      • 13U–14U → 1:40 PM – 3:50 PM

      • 15U–18U → 4:00 PM – 6:10 PM

• Championship on November 16

When you register, your team (or individual player) will be assigned to a specific time slot within your age group. These assignments will be communicated after registration closes.

Each league is 5 weeks total…four regular-season weeks, followed by a playoff week to crown the champions.

What to Expect

• Teams of 6 players (register as a group, or sign up individually and be drafted into a team)

• Weekly games played in simulated MLB stadiums with real-time HitTrax scoring

How to Register

• Monday, September 8 at 10 AM → Early access for Performance Center Waitlist members

• Tuesday, September 9 at 10 AM → Registration opens to the general public
