The offseason doesn’t mean the game has to stop.
Registration is now open for the Wegmans Red Wings Performance Center’s expanded 2026–27 programming lineup, with opportunities for youth baseball and softball players, adult athletes, senior softball players and complete teams.
Whether you want to develop your swing, compete throughout the winter or give your team a professional place to train, there is now a way to do it inside the Red Wings Performance Center at ESL Ballpark.
Here’s what you need to know.
Youth Baseball Hitting League
The Youth Baseball Hitting League combines weekly HitTrax competition with live statistics, player reports and simulated games inside MLB stadiums.
Players compete in age-based divisions...8U–10U, 11U–12U, 13U–14U and 15U–18U...with four sessions available:
October: Saturdays, October 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 | $150
November: Mondays, November 2, 9, 16 and 23 | $150
December: Sundays, December 6, 13 and 20 | $125
January: Saturdays, January 9, 16, 23 and 30, plus February 6 | $150
October, December and January sessions take place during morning league windows. The November session is played Monday evenings…to accommodate school schedules.
Exact game times will be assigned by age division after registration closes, with complete schedules distributed approximately two weeks before each session begins.
Youth Softball Hitting League
The Youth Softball Hitting League gives young softball players five weeks of game-like competition, measurable feedback and quality offseason swings.
The winter session will be played Saturday afternoons on January 9, 16, 23 and 30 and February 6. The league window runs from 1–3 p.m., with divisions offered for 8U–13U and high school players.
Registration is $150. Players may register individually and be placed on a team, while coaches and parents may also register players who want to compete together.
Every participant receives a personalized HitTrax performance report following each league session.
Adult Baseball Hitting League
Playing days don’t have to end when summer does.
The Adult Baseball Hitting League offers competitive and social divisions for players who want to stay baseball-ready throughout the winter.
Each four-week session includes weekly HitTrax games, MLB stadium simulations, live individual and team statistics, exit-velocity tracking, standings and championship competition.
Three sessions are available:
November: Tuesdays, November 3, 10, 17 and 24
December: Wednesdays, December 2, 9, 16 and 30
January: Tuesdays, January 5, 12, 19 and 26
Registration is $150. Teams will consist of approximately five to 10 players.
Adult Softball Hitting League
The Adult Softball Hitting League is designed for coed players who want to stay sharp before spring leagues and tournament season...or who simply miss stepping into the batter’s box.
Competitive and recreational divisions are available, with three four-week sessions:
November: Wednesdays, November 4, 11, 18 and 25
December: Wednesdays, December 2, 9, 16 and 30
January: Tuesdays, January 5, 12, 19 and 26
Each session costs $150 and includes weekly evening games, HitTrax-powered competition, live statistics, exit-velocity and distance tracking, standings and championship play.
Teams will include approximately five to 10 players, with final schedules distributed after registration closes.
The Legends Softball Club
Softball isn’t only for the next generation.
The Legends Softball Club gives senior players a welcoming place to stay active, sharpen their swings and reconnect with the camaraderie of the game.
Two seasons are available:
Season One: November 6, 13 and 20 and December 4, 11 and 18 | Six weeks | $210
Season Two: January 4, 11, 18 and 25 and February 1, 8 and 22 | Seven weeks | $245
Club activities begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by hitting sessions at either 10 or 11 a.m. Players can register individually or with friends, with teams of approximately five to 10 players formed after registration closes.
Each week combines batting practice, friendly HitTrax competition, live performance tracking...and, of course, coffee and community.
Team Rentals
Coaches can also reserve the entire Performance Center for focused baseball or softball training and practices.
One-hour rentals begin at $120, while two-hour rentals begin at $250.
Each rental includes:
Exclusive access to both full-length, 80-foot batting tunnels
Baseballs, softballs, tees and training equipment
Valle Shields and custom-built pitching mounds
Live HitTrax feedback, including exit velocity, launch angle and projected ball flight
A clean, secure and supervised training environment
Optional upgrades include baseball and softball pitching machines, individual player profiles, post-session reports and a complete team Hitting Snapshots.
