Cancellation Policy

Red Wings Performance Center Booking Policy By booking rentals, leagues, or programming with the Rochester Red Wings Performance Center (“Facility”), you agree to the following policies. For the complete rules, waivers, and terms, please refer to our Waiver & Release and Terms & Conditions. 1. All Sales Final All bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations by participants for any reason, including illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or personal choice. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking to avoid forfeiture. Cancellations within 72 hours are considered no-shows and are non-refundable / non-creditable. Reschedule requests made at least seven (7) days in advance may be considered, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of up to 25% of the original booking price may apply. 3. Arrival & Participation Participants must arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not receive extensions or adjustments. No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures = forfeit of session with no refund or credit. 4. Use of Facility Rentals are for team training only. Outside instruction, lessons-for-profit, or commercial use by third-party coaches is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing by RCB. Only authorized participants and staff are permitted in training areas. 5. Equipment & Damages Participants agree to use equipment responsibly. Any damage to Facility property (including cages, netting, pitching machines, technology, or mounds) caused by misuse will be charged to the booking party’s credit card on file. 6. Technology & Systems Facility technologies (HitTrax, Rapsodo, Blast Motion, TRAQ, TVs/monitors) may experience malfunctions, outages, or disconnections. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be issued due to technology failures during sessions. 7. Force Majeure RCB reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel bookings due to MLB scheduling conflicts, emergencies, power outages, weather, or events beyond RCB’s control. In such cases, rescheduling will be the sole remedy. Refunds will not be provided. 8. Conduct & Removal All participants must follow Facility rules and staff instructions. Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal without refund. RCB reserves the right to impose future bans for repeated or severe violations. All bookings are also subject to the Red Wings Performance Center Waiver, Release
