Keep Playing This Winter in the Red Wings Adult Baseball Hitting League

Baseball does not have to end when the outdoor season does.

The new Adult Baseball Hitting League at the Red Wings Performance Center – Fueled by Wegmans gives players ages 18 and older an opportunity to compete, track their performance, and stay game-ready throughout the offseason.

Designed for recreational, competitive, and tournament players, the league brings the feeling of live baseball indoors through weekly team matchups powered by HitTrax.

How the League Works

Players will register as individuals and be placed on teams. Each week, those teams will compete in head-to-head HitTrax matchups inside the Red Wings Performance Center.

HitTrax combines game simulation with real-time performance tracking. Players can step into the box, compete in simulated games, and hit in digital versions of all 30 Major League ballparks.During each matchup, players will hit against pitches delivered by the Performance Center’s high-performance pitching machines. No live pitching is required. HitTrax will turn each batted ball into live game action while tracking results and performance data in real time.

Live statistics and competitive leaderboards will track the action throughout the season, giving players another reason to follow each at-bat and return ready to compete the following week.

No existing team is required to participate. Individuals can sign up, meet other local players, and become part of a team for the league.

Two Sessions to Choose From

The 2026–27 Adult Baseball Hitting League will offer fall and winter sessions.

Fall Session

Games will be held on:

• November 3

• November 10

• November 17

• November 24

Sessions will begin around 6 p.m.

Winter Session

Games will be held on:

• January 5

• January 12

• January 19

• January 26

Sessions will begin around 6 p.m.

The Adult Baseball Hitting League is open to players ages 18 and older, including:

Because players register individually, participants do not need to organize an entire roster before joining.

Free Community Hitting Days will be held on:

• Sunday, October 4

• Saturday, February 13

Players of all ages can reserve a complimentary 40-minute training session featuring HitTrax game simulation, advanced player analytics, and professional-grade equipment.

Additional details and registration information for the Community Hitting Days will be announced later this summer.

Registration Dates

Adult Baseball Hitting League registration will open in phases:

• Monday, August 3: Early booking for returning 2025 customers

• Wednesday, August 5: Booking opens for waitlist members

• Friday, August 7: Booking opens to the public
