Staying game-ready through a Western New York winter is about to get a lot more interesting.
As part of its expanded 2026–27 offseason schedule, the Red Wings Performance Center – Fueled by Wegmans is introducing new baseball and softball hitting leagues for adults ages 18 and older.
Designed for recreational, competitive, and tournament players, the leagues combine realistic game simulation, weekly competition, live statistics, and professional-grade training technology inside the Red Wings Performance Center – Fueled by Wegmans.
How the Adult Hitting Leagues Work
Players will register as individuals, form teams, and compete against other teams in head-to-head matchups powered by HitTrax.
HitTrax allows participants to play simulated games...including games inside all 30 Major League ballparks...while recording real-time performance data. Players can continue swinging throughout the offseason, follow their statistics, compete with teammates, and see measurable results along the way.
The leagues are built for adults who still love to play, whether they compete regularly, participate in tournaments, or simply want an enjoyable way to remain connected to the game.
Adult Baseball Hitting League
Two Adult Baseball Hitting League sessions are scheduled:
Fall: November 3, 10, 17, and 24, beginning around 6 p.m.
Winter: January 5, 12, 19, and 26, beginning around 6 p.m.
Adult Softball Hitting League
Adult softball players will have three sessions to choose from:
Fall: November 4, 11, 18, and 25, beginning around 6 p.m.
Holiday: December 2, 9, 16, and 30, beginning around 6 p.m.
Winter: January 5, 12, 19, and 26, beginning around 6 p.m.
Programming dates and times are subject to change.
Registration information and additional details will be announced later this summer.
